摘　　要：目的:考察艾可舒伤口护理软膏新配方对大鼠皮肤疮疡的药效并与艾可舒伤口护理软膏旧配方比较。方法:将68只大鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,百多邦(莫匹罗星软膏)组,艾可舒伤口护理软膏旧配方对照组,艾可舒伤口护理软膏新配方高、中、低剂量组,空白组8只,其余每组10只,均雌雄各半。除空白组外,其余大鼠采用皮肤划损叠加大肠杆菌和化脓性链球菌混合菌液感染的方法复制大鼠疮疡模型,各组进行相应的干预。考察艾可舒伤口护理软膏新配方对大鼠皮肤疮疡的促愈合作用及其对疮疡组织Hyp水平和血清中LYZ和TXB_(2)含量的影响,并与艾可舒伤口护理软膏旧配方进行比较。结果:艾可舒伤口护理软膏新配方各剂量对大鼠皮肤疮疡均有不同程度的促愈合作用,以高剂量效果最明显,并优于旧配方。结论:配方改进后的艾可舒伤口护理软膏相比旧配方增加了产品的有效性,是合理可行的。OBJECTIVE Study on the efficacy of the new prescription of Aikeshu wound care ointment on rat skin sore and then compared with the former prescription of Aikeshu wound care ointment.METHODS 68 rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Bactroban(Mupirocin Ointment) group,former prescription of Aikeshu wound care ointment group,high,medium and low dose of new prescription of Aikeshu wound care ointment groups,8 rats only were set in control group,and 10 in remaining each group,bisexual each half.Except for the control group,the other rats were infected with the mixed bacterial solution of Escherichia coli and Streptococcus pyogenes to replicate the rat sore model,and rats in each group were managed with the corresponding ointment.RESULTS Each dose of the new prescription of Aikeshu wound care ointment had different degrees of healing effect on rat skin sores,respectively,in which high-dose group was the most effective group and outperformed the former prescription.CONCLUSION The effectiveness of the Aikeshu wound care ointment was increased by the improved prescription,which was reasonable and feasible.
