低不育起点温度水稻温敏不育系H2S冷灌繁殖技术初探

摘　　要：2021年在湖南郴州进行低温敏核不育系H2S冷灌繁殖试验,总结出该不育系的冷灌繁殖技术。该不育系在夏季繁殖时,主茎幼穗分化进入Ⅲ~Ⅳ期时开始灌溉,冷灌田间日平均水温为19.60~21.36℃、白天平均水温为19.61~21.63℃,冷灌时间16 d,单产3024 kg/hm2。当日平均水温为20.85℃、白天平均水温21.07℃时,H2S冷灌繁殖的结实率达到最高,为71.24%;当日平均水温低于20.61℃、白天平均水温低于20.81℃或日平均水温高于20.90℃、白天平均水温高于21.12℃时,H2S冷灌繁殖的结实率均开始下降。因此,H2S冷灌繁殖适宜的田间日平均水温区间为20.61~20.90℃、白天平均水温区间为20.81~21.12℃。Through the multiplying experiment of cold water irrigation(CWI)conducted in Chenzhou,Hunan Province in 2021,the CWI multiplying technology was summarized for the thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS)line H2S with low critical sterility temperature in rice.When the male sterile line was multiplied in summer,it began to irrigate with cold water when the young panicle differentiation of the main stem entered PhaseⅢ~Ⅳ.In the multiplication field,the daily mean water temperature was 19.60~21.36℃and the daytime mean water temperature was 19.61~21.63℃.The CWI lasted for 16 days,and the multiplication yield was 3024 kg/hm2.When the daily mean water temperature was 20.85℃and the daytime mean water temperature was 21.07℃,the seed setting rate of H2S reached the highest at 71.24%;when the daily mean water temperature was lower than 20.61℃and the daytime mean water temperature was lower than 20.81℃,or the daily mean water temperature was higher than 20.90℃and the daytime mean water temperature was higher than 21.12℃,the seed setting rate of H2S began to decline.Therefore,the suitable field daily mean water temperature range for CWI of H2S is 20.61~20.90℃and the daytime mean water temperature range is 20.81~21.12℃.
