摘  要:在洞庭湖区以优质超级杂交水稻组合盛泰优722为材料,研究了施氮量和栽插密度对其产量及米质的影响。结果表明,随施氮量和栽插密度的增加,产量、有效穗数、每穗总粒数和总颖花量呈先增加后降低的趋势;与不施氮肥处理相比,施氮处理能降低垩白粒率、垩白度、胶稠度,增加整精米率和蛋白质含量;随栽插密度增大,整精米率下降但蛋白质含量增加,垩白度先降后升而胶稠度先升后降。本试验条件下,当施氮量为180 kg/hm^(2)、栽插密度为25 cm×14 cm时,超级稻盛泰优722可实现高产优质。The effects of nitrogen rate and transplanting density on yield and grain quality of high-quality super hybrid rice variety Shengtaiyou 722 were studied in Dongting Lake area.The results showed that the yield,effective panicles,spikelets per panicle and total spikelets per hectare increased at first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen rate and transplanting density.Compared with the control without nitrogen fertilizer application,the nitrogen fertilizer treatments decreased the chalky grain rate,chalkiness and gel consistency,increased the head rice rate and protein content.With the increase of transplanting density,the head rice rate decreased but the protein content increased,the chalkiness decreased at first and then increased but the gel consistency increased at first and then decreased.Under the conditions of this experiment,when the nitrogen rate was 180 kg/hm^(2) and the transplanting density was 25 cm×14 cm,the super rice Shengtaiyou 722 could achieve both high yield and high quality.
