关节镜手术联合痛血康胶囊治疗踝关节软组织损伤的效果分析

摘　　要：探究踝关节软组织损伤应用关节镜手术联合痛血康胶囊治疗的临床疗效.方法:在2018年6月-2020年10月,随机选取本院收治的42例踝关节软组织损伤患者为研究对象,按照患者入院先后顺序分成2组,对照组21例患者进行保守治疗,观察组的21例患者进行关节镜手术联合痛血康胶囊治疗,对比2种治疗方案对患者临床症状评分、FFAM评分、AOFAS评分、血清炎性指标的影响.结果:治疗前对照组的临床症状评分、FFAM评分、AOFAS评分、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β与观察组对比差异较小(P>0.05),治疗后观察组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β临床症状评分明显下降,FFAM评分、AOFAS评分明显提升(P<0.05).结论:关节镜手术联合痛血康胶囊治疗踝关节软组织损伤,可有效缓解多种临床症状,促进足与踝功能的恢复,并提高预后质量.To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery combined with Tongxuekang capsule in the treatment of soft tissue injury of ankle joint.Methods:From June 2018 to October 2020,42 patients with soft tissue injury of ankle joint in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into two groups,21 patients in the control group received conservative treat-ment,21 patients in the experimental group received arthroscopic surgery combined with Tongxuekang capsule treat-ment.The effects of two treatment schemes on clinical symptom score,FFAM score,AOFAS score and serum inflam-matory index were compared.Results:Compared with the clinical symptom score,FFAM score,AOFAS score,IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1βof the control group,there was no significant difference before treatment compared with the ex-perimental group(P>0.05),after treatment,IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1β,clinical symptom score of the experimen-tal group decreased significantly.FFAM score and AOFAS score were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Arthroscopic surgery combined with Tongxuekang capsule can effectively relieve various clinical symptoms,pro-mote the recovery of foot and ankle function,and improve the quality of prognosis.
