研究尺桡骨双骨折患者采用早期康复训练护理模式对其康复情况影响

摘　　要：探讨早期康复训练护理模式在尺桡骨双骨折患者护理中的应用效果及其对康复情况的影响.方法:随机抽选本院接收的60例尺桡骨双骨折患者,选取时间为2018年1月-2019年2月,分组依据随机数字表法,每组30例,对照组与观察组分别展开常规护理与早期康复训练护理,对2组护理效果进行比较.结果:并发症发生率方面,观察组为6.67%,对照组为26.67%,观察组更低,与对照组之间存在明显差异(P<0.05);8项生活质量评分方面,观察组较对照组高,差异明显(P<0.05);康复指标(前臂旋前角度、腕背曲、腕背伸和前臂后旋)方面,较对照组,观察组与之存在明显差异(P<0.05);观察组护理后满意度和前臂功能评分比对照组高,而抑郁、焦虑评分比对照组低(P<0.05).结论:尺桡骨双骨折患者临床护理期间,结合早期康复训练护理模式对于患者生活质量的提高十分有利,而且能够尽量避免术后其他疾病的发生,提高预后效果.To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation training nursing mode in the nursing of patients with double fractures of radius and ulna and its influence on rehabilitation.Methods:60 patients with double fractures of ulna and radius were randomly selected from January 2018 to February 2019.They were divided into groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group;The control group and the observation group carried out routine nursing and early rehabilitation training nursing respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:the incidence of complications was 6.67%in the observation group and 26.67%in the control group,which was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05);The scores of 8 items of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in rehabilitation indexes(forearm pronation an-gle,wrist dorsiflexion,wrist dorsiflexion and forearm supination)between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The scores of satisfaction and forearm function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of depression and anxiety were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the clinical nursing of patients with double fractures of radius and ulna,combined with early re-habilitation training nursing mode is very beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients,and can try to avoid the occurrence of other diseases after operation and affect the prognosis.
