摘 要:目的调查在新冠肺炎疫情流行时期,影响在韩国留学的中国学生社会心理健康的压力来源。方法通过文献法建立留学生心理压力、社会心理健康、社交网络服务倦怠感的心理健康评估体系,主要评估因素分为经济压力、就业压力、学业压力、文化适应力、疫情压力、社交网络服务倦怠感以及社会心理健康等7个因素。采用问卷调查的方式调查360名在韩中国留学生的心理健康状态,并通过偏最小二乘法结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果文化适应力对新冠肺炎疫情压力(t=3.045,P<0.01)、社交网络服务倦怠感(t=3.450,P<0.01)、社会心理健康(t=2.753,P<0.01)均存在显著影响;就业压力对新冠肺炎疫情压力(t=2.317,P<0.05)、社会心理健康(t=3.634,P<0.001)存在显著影响;学业压力仅对社会心理健康(t=3.641,P<0.001)存在显著影响,而经济压力对三者的影响均不显著。此外,由新冠肺炎疫情引起的直接压力不显著,而通过社交网络服务倦怠感引起的间接压力显著。在所有压力源中,社交网络服务倦怠感对社会心理健康的影响最为显著(t=4.918,P<0.001)。在中介效应的检测中,在韩中国留学生的日常生活压力中的文化适应力通过社交网络服务倦怠感对社会心理健康产生显著影响(t=2.792,P<0.01),其余中介效应均不成立。结论了解留学生心理压力的原因有助于我国驻外使馆以及有关教育机构制定相应的心理疏导方案及管理政策。Objective To investigate the sources of stress affecting the socio-psychosocial health of Chinese students in Korea during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods The mental health assessment system of international students’psychological stress,social-psychological health,and social networking service fatigue was established through the literature method,and the 7 main assessment factors were divided into 7 factors,including financial stress,job-seeking stress,academic stress,cultural stress,stress form COVID-19,social networking services fatigue,and socio-psychosocial health.In this study,the mental health status of 360 Chinese international students in Korea was investigated by questionnaire and empirically analyzed by PLS-SEM.Results There was significant effect of cultural stress on COVID-19 epidemic stress(t=3.045,P<0.01),social networking services fatigue(t=3.450,P<0.01)and socio-psychological health(t=2.753,P<0.01).Job-seeking stress had a significant effect on COVID-19 epidemic stress(t=2.317,P<0.05)and psychosocial health(t=3.634,P<0.001),academic stress only had a significant effect on psychosocial health(t=3.641,P<0.001),while economic stress had no significant effect on any of the three variables.In addition,direct stress caused by the COVID-19 epidemic stress was not significant,while indirect stress caused by burnout through social networking services fatigue was significant.Among all the stressors,social networking services fatigue burnout had the most significant effect on socio-psychological health(t=4.918,P<0.001).In the detection of mediating effects,cultural adaptability in daily life stress of Chinese students in Korea had a significant effect on socio-psychological health through social networking services fatigue(t=2.792,P<0.01),while the rest of mediating effects did not hold.Conclusion Understanding the causes of stress among international students will help our embassies abroad and corresponding educational institutions formulate appropriate psychological counseling program andmanagement polici
