摘  要:提高玉米幼苗素质是玉米安全生产的重要保证之一。本研究以老化和未老化玉米种子为试验材料,采用响应面分析法优化镧(La)引发提高玉米幼苗素质的引发浓度和引发时间的处理组合。结果表明:响应面分析发现未老化种子的根长和苗长指标具有最佳组合,根长最佳组合为引发浓度0.33 g∙L^(-1),引发时间10.85 h,预测值为20.01 cm,苗长最佳组合为引发浓度0.34 g∙L^(-1),引发时间12.89 h,预测值为10.97 cm;老化种子根干重La引发浓度和引发时间最佳组合为引发浓度1.6 g∙L^(-1),引发时间14.85 h,预测值为0.64 g。其他指标未发现最佳组合。此方法为La引发提高玉米幼苗素质,筛选最佳组合提供参考。Improving the quality of maize seedlings plays an important role in the safety of maize production.In present study,aged and unaged maize seeds were used as experimental materials,and response surface analysis(RSA)was used to optimize the treatment combination of rare earth lanthanum(La)priming to improve the quality of maize seedlings.The results showed that the best combinations in both root length and shoot length in⁃dicators of unaged seeds were found by RSA.The best combination of root length was the priming concentration of 0.33 g∙L^(-1),the priming time of 10.85 h,the predicted value of 20.01 cm,and the best combination of seed⁃ling length was the priming concentration of 0.34 g∙L^(-1),the priming time is 12.89 h,the predicted value of 10.97 cm.The best combination of the root dry weight in the aged seed was also found,the priming concentra⁃tion is 1.6 g∙L^(-1),the priming time is 14.85 h,and the predicted value of 0.64 g.Other indicators in both aged and unaged maize seeds had not found the best combinations by RSA.It was shown that the RSA canprovides a precise and high efficiency way for La priming to improve the quality of maize seedlings and to select the best combination.
