千里光制剂内服外用治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察千里光制剂内服外用治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2021年8月北京中医药大学东直门医院收治的哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者92例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组47例和观察组45例,对照组给予抗生素治疗+50%硫酸镁溶液外敷,观察组给予千里光制剂内服外用,2组疗程均为7 d。比较2组临床有效率、症状恢复情况,观察2组治疗前后炎性指标及免疫因子水平变化。结果观察组治疗后临床有效率高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮肤红肿消退时间、疼痛消退时间、体温恢复正常时间、肿块消退时间、通乳时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗3 d后白细胞(WBC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))水平、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgM、IgA水平均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论千里光制剂内服外用可缩短哺乳期急性乳腺炎病程,降低炎性指标及免疫因子水平。Objective To observe the clinical effect of internal and external administration of Senecionis Scandentis Herba Preparations in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation.Methods Ninety-two patients with acute mastitis during lactation received between January 2020 and August 2021 in Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group were treated with antibiotics,and the observation group were treated with internal and external administration of Senecionis Scandentis Herba Preparations,both groups for 7 days as one course.The clinical effective rate and the recovery of symptoms were compared between the two groups,the changes of inflammatory indicators and immune factors of two groups were observed.Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).The subsiding time of skin redness and swelling,pain disappearance time,body temperature recovery time,subsiding time of lump,and time for promoting lactation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of white blood cell(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2)),immunoglobulin G(IgG),IgM and IgA in the observation group after 3 days of treatment were lower than those in the control group with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal and external administration of Senecionis Scandentis Herba Preparations can shorten the recovery process of acute mastitis during lactation and reduce the level of inflammation and immune-related factors.
