摘 要:为在较宽频率范围内准确计算变压器铁心损耗,该文在不同频率下对铁磁材料的磁滞特性及损耗特性进行了测量,并基于损耗分离模型进行分析。为考虑趋肤效应对涡流损耗的影响,计算过程中分别采用不同形式的实数、复数磁导率表示材料磁感应强度与磁场强度的本构关系。研究发现,采用磁导率描述本构关系时,其数值不能从近似的直流磁化曲线中提取,而应将其视为随频率变化的量。基于上述结论,该文基于损耗分离理论对铁磁材料内部的磁场进行分离,并基于异常损耗场提出一种实数磁导率近似方法,从而实现基于少量低频下的测量数据预测材料在较宽频率范围内的损耗特性。To accurately calculate the core loss of transformers over broadband frequency range,the hysteresis properties and loss properties of ferromagnetic materials were measured at different frequencies and analyzed based on the loss separation model.Different forms of real and complex permeability were used to express the constitutive law between magnetic induction and magnetic field strength in order to consider the influence of skin effect on eddy current loss calculation.It was found that the permeability should be regarded as a variable with frequency instead of being extracted from the approximate DC magnetization curve when it was used to approximate the constitutive law.Based on the above conclusion,the magnetic field in ferromagnetic materials was separated based on the loss separation theory and an approximate permeability was proposed based on the field corresponding to the anomalous loss so as to predict the loss characteristics of material in a wide frequency range based on less data measured at low frequencies.
