摘 要:运用文本分析法对13所开办卫生事业管理专业的中医药高校人才培养方案进行内容分析,发现不同高校专业培养差异化明显,表现为专业应修读总学分、管理类及医学类课程学分均不同;高校普遍对实践教学重视程度不高,实践教学形式多样性不足;就业质量仍有较大提升空间.针对该专业人才培养环节存在的问题,提出改革建议:合理制定专业应修读学分,统一人才培养基本质量;以模块化理念优化课程体系,合理设置医药及管理类课程;设置多样化实践能力培养模式;进一步对接社会需求,拓展就业渠道.This paper analyzes the content of training plans of 13 traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)colleges and universities by text analysis method.The findings show significant differences in specialty cultivation among different TCM colleges and universities,manifesting in different requirements of total credits,credits of management courses and medical courses;practical teaching is not given due emphasis;practical teaching forms are lack of diversity;there is considerable room for improvement of employment.Based on the existing problems,the paper puts forward the following suggestions:regulating proper requirements of credits,standardizing talent cultivating quality,optimizing the curriculum with modules,balancing courses of management and medicine,designing diversified training modes to improve practical ability,and expanding employment channels to meet the needs of society.
