传统中医义利观对医德教育的启示

摘　　要：传统中医伦理主张仁义为根本,以仁爱人,以义正己.现今医德教育,往往强调仁爱救人的核心价值,忽略义利观的内容.针对市场经济大潮冲击下,现代医疗卫生领域义利纷争不断、医患关系紧张的状态,吸收传统中医义利观的精神养料,结合现代医学义利观的辩证精神,用正确的义利观影响医学生三观的形成以及职业精神的养成.提出从突出义以为上的价值追求,倡导对功利的超越精神;明确利的合理限度,树立义利兼顾的道德要求;强调以义制利,坚守从医的底线意识3个方面,帮助医学生塑造正确的义利观,把"大医精诚"的医德传承好,为医学生树立正确的价值导向.Benevolence and righteousness are the foundation of ethics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).One loves others by benevolence and rectifies himself by righteousness.Nowadays,the medical ethics education has emphasized the core value of benevolence and saving lives but ignored righteousness and interests.Under the impact of market economy,it is very important to establish a correct view of righteousness and interests in the face of constant medical disputes in intense doctor⁃patient conflicts.Under the view of TCM righteousness and interests with the integration of the dialectical spirit of modern view of righteousness and interests,this paper discusses ways to help medical students to shape the correct value of righteousness and interests by highlighting the pursuit of righteousness,advocating the spirit of surpassing interests,restricting the limit of interests,establishing balanced requirements of both righteousness and interests,prioritizing righteousness over interests to adhere to the bottom line of medical ethics.Only by reinforcing the correct concept of righteousness and interests can we inherit“the essence of Great TCM physicians”and establish a correct value orientation for medical students.
