摘 要:通过回顾白云鄂博东矿露天开采境界的设计背景,在分析当前露天境界外边帮及深部铁矿体和稀土矿体地质特征的基础上,结合目前露天开采工艺、技术及矿产资源市场的发展与变化,提出优化矿石边界品位、提高境界剥采比、优化边坡角、下沉露天矿底部标高等扩大露天开采境界的思路。该思路通过技术经济论证可行后能够更好发挥白云鄂博资源优势,可为下一步白云鄂博矿产资源接续及综合开发利用提供参考。The design background of the open-pit mining boundary of the East Mine of Bayan Obo Iron Mine was reviewed. The geological characteristics of the external slope of current open-pit boundary, deep iron ore bodies and rare-earth ore bodies were analyzed. The development and changes of current open-pit mining process and technology and the mineral resources market were discussed. In this paper, the new thoughts of expanding the open-pit mining boundary were put forward, including optimizing the cutoff grade of ore, enhancing the stripping ratio of the boundary, optimizing the slope angle and sinking the bottom elevation of the open-pit mine. When these thoughts are confirmed to be feasible after techno-economic verification, they can be used as a reference for the subsequent development and utilization of Bayan Obo mineral resources. By then, we can further give play to the predominance of Bayan Obo resources.
