摘 要:为加快新产品开发进程,一般在新产品开发初期,通过制作Mule车来实现相关设计方案验证。因零部件还处于数据设计阶段,为实现相关设计方案验证,此时需要通过对相关零部件进行适应性改制以满足Mule车装配。Mule车零部件的改制精度和强度直接影响产品设计方案验证有效性。Mule车零部件改制强度和精度主要由结构、材料、工艺、工装等因素决定。文章主要通过对Mule车零部件改制流程、方案设计、结构、工艺及工装进行研究,以实现其精度及强度的保证,从而实现对相关设计方案的验证。In order to speed up the development process of new products,in the early stage of new product development,relevant design scheme verification is generally achieved by making Mule cars.At this time,because the parts are still in the data design stage,in order to achieve the verification of relevant design scheme,relevant parts should be adapted to meet the requirements of Mule car assembly.The precision and strength of Mule vehicle components directly affect the effectiveness of product design validation.Mule car parts restructuring strength and precision are mainly determined by structure,material,process,tooling and other factors.This paper mainly studies the restructuring process,scheme design,structure,technology and tooling of Mule car parts to ensure its precision and strength,so as to realize the verification of relevant design schemes.
