摘 要:针对复杂重型装备结构复杂、体量庞大、研制周期长,现有的资源一体化组织管理成本高、难度大等问题,基于复杂重型装备产品研制流程及制造资源特点,分析了复杂重型装备制造资源一体化管理的内涵和特征。结合网络化协同制造模式,设计了复杂重型装备制造资源一体化组织管理模式框架及功能架构,并对资源组合优选、突发性资源冲突管理以及资源评价三项关键功能技术进行了研究分析,为复杂重型装备制造资源一体化管理模式的构建提供了参考。According to the problems of complex heavy equipment,such as complex structure,huge volume,long development cycle,high cost and difficulty of existing resource integration organization and management.Based on the characteristics of complex heavy equipment product development process and manufacturing resources,the connotation and characteristics of complex heavy equipment manufacturing resource integration management were analyzed.Combined with the networked collaborative manufacturing mode,the structure and functional framework of integrated organization and management mode for complex heavy equipment manufacturing resources were designed,and the three key functional technologies were studied and analyzed which includes of resource combination optimization,sudden resource conflict management and resource evaluation,which provides a certain reference for the construction of integrated management mode of complex heavy equipment manufacturing resources.
