摘  要:针对步进式冷床输料装置在实际生产中出现的剐蹭、卡钢和传输不稳定等问题,对设备进行了优化改进,通过改进输料辊道的盖板底板结构,使盖板底板与辊子的临近两侧向下弯折呈现一定坡度,盖板入料端与动静齿条结合处焊后打磨成圆弧状,消除了卡钢、乱钢、坯料剐蹭、盖板被掀翻等事故隐患;同时,静齿条与动齿条分别沿辊子轴向两侧,依次交替布置,入料端斜板下方用立筋板支撑加固,入料端侧板与对面侧板的倾角均为130°陡角,实现坯料全程无卡阻运输。生产实践证明,步进式冷床输料装置改进后,坯料传输稳定,动作流畅,产能提升了26%。In view of the problems of scraping,steel jamming and unstable transmission in the actual production of the step-by-step cooling bed feeding device,the equipment is optimized and improved.By improving the structure of the cover plate bottom plate of the feeding roller table,the adjacent sides of the cover plate bottom plate and the roller are bent downward to show a certain slope,and the joint between the feeding end of the cover plate and the dynamic and static rack is welded and polished into a circular arc,so as to eliminate the hidden dangers of steel jamming,disordered steel,scraping of blank and overturning of the cover plate;At the same time,the static rack and the moving rack are arranged alternately along both sides of the axial direction of the roller.The lower part of the inclined plate at the feeding end is supported and reinforced with a vertical rib plate.The inclination angles of the side plate at the feeding end and the opposite side plate are 130°,so as to realize the non blocking transportation of the blank in the whole process.Production practice has proved that after the improvement of the step-by-step cooling bed feeding device,the billet transmission is stable,the action is smooth,and the production capacity is increased by 26%.
