摘  要:设计了一种实用的过欠压浪涌保护电路,可以用于各种直流电子设备输入端。满足《飞机供电特性及对用电设备的要求》(GJB 181—1986)中过压浪涌80 V/50 ms和欠压浪涌8 V/50 ms、《军用车辆28伏直流电气系统特性》(GJB 298—1987)中单一故障条件下过压浪涌100 V/500 ms、欠压浪涌6 V/500 ms的要求。在输入过压或欠压期间,保证输出电压保持在安全值。绝对输入过压电压可高达140 V,输入欠压电压可低至4.5 V,启动后直至2.5 V都保持正常工作。当输入电压在正常范围值时,以极小的电压降将输入电压传递到输出端。该过欠压浪涌保护电路还能够限制最大输出电流,针对过流和短路故障提供保护。A practical overvoltage and undervoltage surge protection circuit is designed,which can be used at the input terminals of various DC electronic devices.It meets the requirements of“Aircraft Power Supply Characteristics and Requirements for Electrical Equipment”(GJB 181-1986)for overvoltage surges of 80 V/50 ms and undervoltage surges of 8 V/50 ms,and“Characteristics of 28 V DC Electrical Systems for Military Vehicles”(GJB 298—1987)Requirements for overvoltage surges of 100 V/500 ms and undervoltage surges of 6 V/500 ms under single fault conditions.During input overvoltage or undervoltage events,ensure that the output voltage remains at a safe value.Input overvoltage voltage.It can be as high as 140 V,and the input under-voltage voltage is as low as 4.5 V,and it keeps working until 2.5 V after startup.When the input voltage is at the normal value,the input voltage is transmitted with a very small voltage drop Pass it to the output.Over-voltage and under-voltage surge protection circuits can also limit the maximum output current and provide protection against over-current and short-circuit faults.
