摘 要:针对高速铁路330 kV牵引变压器频发的氢气超标故障,通过油色谱分析(DGA)对所溶解各类特征气体的组成、含量、产气率展开分析,结合局部放电、变压器内部检查等查明故障频发的原因,对故障频发情况进行预警及诊断处置,在生产、运输安装、实时监测等方面采取控制措施,最大限度杜绝氢气超标故障。结果表明:基于变压器油的油色谱分析方法能够尽早发现变压器内部存在的潜伏故障并可随时监测故障的发展情况,及时采取相应措施排除故障,从而避免变压器更严重故障的发生。With regard to out-of-limit of hydrogen occurred frequently in 330 kV traction transformers,on the basis of analyzing of the composition,contents of gas and generating rate of various dissolved characteristic gases by dissolved gas analysis,and in connection to the causes of faults after checking of partial discharge and internal inspection of transformer,control measures are taken for pre-alarm of fault,diagnosis,disposal,control measures as well as production,transportation,installation and real-time monitoring that are able to curb the faults of out-of-limit of hydrogen in an extreme extent.The results show that the methods of dissolved gas analysis for the transformer oil are able find the potential faults in the interior of the transformer and are able to monitor at real-time the situations of the fault spreading,so as for taking relative measures to eliminate the fault and prevent the subsequent more severe fault from occurrence on the transformer.
