摘  要:对于专用轨回流牵引供电系统,负极回流轨对地之间良好的绝缘特性可以有效地抑制杂散电流的产生。通过分析发现,正极接地故障发生时,邻近故障点的多个牵引所内负母线接地回路继电器同时动作,可能会导致保护动作范围扩大。本文提出通过比较正常运行工况以及正极接地故障下正、负馈线电流的流向,以正、负馈线的电流差值作为故障特征量,判断正极接地故障的发生,同时利用供电区段两端正馈线电流的方向比较,识别出故障发生的区段。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真系统,搭建了1500 V专用轨回流牵引供电系统模型,验证了本文所述保护方案的有效性。For the traction power supply system with dedicated return rail,the proper insulation between the negative return rail and the earth is able to prohibit effectively the generation of stray current.It is found through analyzing that the simultaneous action of relays of negative bus earthing circuits of several traction substations in the vicinity of the fault point will lead to the expansion of scope of protective action while the positive earthing fault is occurred.The paper predicts the occurrence of the fault of the positive pole by comparison of flowing direction of the positive and negative feeder current,with the current difference of the positive and negative feeders as the fault characteristic quantity,under normal operation and positive pole earthing fault,and distinguishes the fault sections by comparison of the current flowing direction of both ends of positive feeder in the power supply section.The model of traction power supply system with dedicated return rail is established by Matlab/Simulink simulation system and the effectiveness of the protection scheme described in the paper is verified.
