摘 要:某露天矿边坡具有落差大、上部岩石较为破碎易风化等特点,且已临近终了。目前边坡的爆破施工是关键,现终了边坡的施工采用预裂爆破进行,但达不到预期的效果,存在打孔装药时间长、留有根底、大块率多等情况。为了进一步提高边坡施工质量,矿山结合现有爆破技术经验及相关参数开展了复合型准预裂爆破研究,通过试验确定了爆破参数、装药结构,试验结果相对较好,可达到预期效果;同时该研究所得成果可为相同类型矿山提供一定的参考价值,对于爆破的改进和参数的优化具体重要意义。One open pit mine side slope has the following features that big vertical drop,upper part rock is broken,it is easily efflorescence and so on,and it is close to the end.At present,the blasting construction of the side slope is the key point,for the construction of end side slope,we adopted presplitting blasting,but the results were not satisfactory as anticipation,there were many problems,such as long time for punching and charging,the bedrock still stay,more boulder yield and so on.The compound quasi-presplit blasting study was carried out combining with the existing blasting technical experience and the relative parameters in order to further improve the construction quality of side slope;the blasting parameters,charge structures were confirmed through test,the results were relative good,it can achieve the desired objective;The study results can supply a certain reference to the similar mine,it has important meanings to blasting improvement and parameter optimization.
