某地锡粗精矿精选工艺方案探讨

摘　　要：锡粗精矿含锡品位6.5%,杂质多,含铜0.577%,含硫15.28%,含砷4.64%,合钨0.15%,其粒度粗,比重大,粗粒级解离度低。采用方案1:“浮-重”精选工艺;方案2:“重-浮-重”精选工艺对比试验,生产建议流程选用“浮-重”精选工艺处理锡粗精矿。“浮-重”精选工艺试验获得锡精矿品位44.78%,其回收率84.55%,锡富中矿品位2.092%,回收率7.82%,锡综合回收率92.37%,锡综合回收率比“重-浮-重”精选工艺试验提高3.49%。企业自己精选加工锡粗精矿比对外串换,按2015年价格计算日创效1万元。Tin rough concentrate has tin-bearing grade 6.5%,copper content 0.577%,sulfur content 15.28%,arsenic content 4.64%,tungsten 0.15%,there are many impurities,its particle size is coarse,its proportion is large,and the liberation degree of coarsegrained particle is low.The contrast test of scheme 1:"flotation-gravity concentration"cleaning process and Scheme 2:"gravity concentration-flotation-gravity concentration"cleaning process were adopted,it is recommend to use"flotation-gravity concentrate"cleaning process for treatment of tin rough concentrate.By using of"flotation-gravity concentrate"cleaning process,we can get tin concentrate that grade is 44.78%,the recovery rate is 84.55%,the grade of tin enriched middlings is 2.092%,the recovery rate is 7.82%,the comprehensive recovery rate of tin is 92.37%,the comprehensive rate of tin is 3.49% higher than the rate obtained from"gravity concentration-flotation-gravity concentration"cleaning process test.The value of the processed tin rough concentrate is 10 thousands per day,according to the price of 2015.
