摘 要:某矿在资源整合过程中,接收了近千万吨的低品位白钨矿,该矿石WO_(3)平均品位0.20%左右,通过应用X射线光电选矿技术对该矿石进行预先抛废处理,确定了适宜的分选机工作模式、分选粒度、入选品位、处理量及喷吹方式,在破碎筛分阶段即可低成本地将夹杂的废石大量抛除,使入选品位得以预先富集。入选粒度控制在(60~15)mm,入选前进行水洗,处理量控制在45 t/h,当入选品位为0.20%左右时,抛废率可达到50%,金属回收率达到92%,光电选矿精矿品位可以达到0.30%~0.50%。One tungsten deposit took over nearly thousands of tons low grade scheelite,the average grade of ore WO_(3) is around 0.20%,pre-dump disposal of the ore was carried out through application of X-ray photoelectric beneficiation technology,it is confirmed the proper working mode,separation particle size,beneficiation feed grade,Handling capacity and injection method of sorting machine,therefore a lot of inclusions of waste rock can be discarded with low cost at crushing and screening stage,the beneficiation feed grade can be pre-enriched.The selected particle size is controlled in the range of(15~600)mm,water washing shall be done before selection,the handling capacity is controlled at 45 t/h,when the beneficiation feed grade is around 0.20%,the waste ore discarding rate can reach to 50%,the recovery rate of metal can reach to 92%,the concentration grade selected by photoelectric beneficiation can reach to 0.30%~0.50%.
