摘  要:以云南文山锑原矿作为原料,利用矿浆电解工艺原理对该矿进行一步碱性矿浆电解提取锑金属生产精锑,通过优化实验因素得到最佳工艺生产条件为矿料粒度74μm、电解液NaOH (70~90) g/L,硫化钠(10~20) g/L、电解时间3 h、搅拌转速600 r/min、液固比5:1,在此条件下阴极析出金属锑品位在93%以上。Wenshan antimony raw ore of Yunnan was taken as the raw material,the alkaline slurry electrolysis process was adopted to extract antimony metal,to produce refined antimony,according to principle of slurry electrolysis process,then experimental factors were optimized to get the best optimal production process conditions:the particle size of ore is 74μm,the content of electrolyte NaOH is(70~90)g/L,the content of sodium sulphide is(10~20)g/L,the electrolysis time is 3 h,the rotating speed is 600 r/min,the liquid-solid ratio is 5:1,the grade of metal antimony precipitated from cathode is more than 90% with the above mentioned conditions.
