摘  要:基于DEFORM-3D有限元软件模拟了锡合金挤压过程,分析了坯料的应力应变变化情况。结果表明,在挤压模拟中发现,挤压速度对挤压分流的焊合影响不大;在挤压过程中,坯料的应变在3.5 s至4 s之间剧增;坯料的有效应力在0.15 s时达到最大值,随着挤压速度的增加,坯料的应力-应变值增加;考虑到加工效率,20 mm/s为最佳挤压速度。The extrusion process of tin alloy was simulated by DEFORM-3D finite element software,the stress-strain change situation of blanks were analyzed.Results of extrusion simulation show:there's few effect of extrusion speed on extrusion diverted seaming;in the process of extrusion,the stress of blank was increased greatly among 3.5 s to 4 s;the max effective stress-strain of blank was reached at 0.15 s,the stress-strain of blank is increased along with the increasing of extrusion speed;20 mm/s is the best extrusion speed in consideration of processing efficiency.
