摘　　要：铝合金连续铸轧立板成功率的高低,对铸轧生产效率、质量、成本控制有重要影响,铸轧生产正常组织就须控制好整个立板过程,确保一次立板成功。通过对铝合金连续铸轧立板的立板准备过程、放铝出板操作过程、立板晶粒度控制、立板板型和表面质量控制的分析研究,经生产实践确定了相应的操作步骤和控制参数,制定规范控制要求,达到保证立板成功率和立板质量的目的。The success rate of aluminum alloy continuous casting and rolling vertical plate has important influence to production efficiency,quality,cost control of casting and rolling product,the success vertical plate process should be controlled in order to confirm the normal casting and rolling production.The analysis and research on preparation process of vertical plate,the operation process of aluminum plate,the grain fineness control of vertical plate,the plate form and the surface quality control of vertical plate were carried out,the corresponding operation steps and control parameters were confirmed through production practice,the norms and control requirements were established,in order to guarantee the success rate and good quality of vertical plate.
