摘 要:介绍了KYF-70浮选机的工作原理及结构特点,针对在锡铜硫化矿应用过程中出现的沉槽现象进行原因分析。对浮选给矿粒度、浮选机充气量、电流等工艺参数的优化和浮选机假底、中间箱的改造等采取了措施,最终解决了沉槽问题,改造后混合粗选的作业回收率与改造前相比提高了14.09%,泡沫中锡夹带与改造前相比降低了1.6%。The working principle and structural features of KYF-70 flotation machine is introduced,it also analyzed the reasons of sinking phenomenon occurred in the process of application of tin-copper sulfide ore.The sinking problem of flotation machine was finally resolved by adoption of the following measures were taken,such as optimization of feeding particle size,inflating volume of flotation machine,current of flotation machine and the other process parameters,renovation of false bottom of flotation machine and intermediate tank;the recovery rate of mixed rough concentration operation after renovation was increased by 14.09%,tin entrainment in foam was decreased by 1.6%.
