摘　　要：为了保证铝电解生产的正常运转,针对多功能机组出现的电气、液压、气动系统故障,尤其是CPU模块、通讯模块、输入输出模块等PLC系统故障,提出相应的解决和预防措施,实现了多功能机组安全、平稳、高效运行的目的。The corresponding resolution and prevention measures were proposed because of electric,hydraulic pressure,pneumatic system failure,especially PLC system failure of CPU module,communication module,input and output modules and so on in order to guarantee the normal operation of aluminum electrolysis production,thus the aim of safe,stable,high efficient operation of multifunctional unit was realized.
