摘　　要：介绍了微波干燥海绵金粉生产装备控制系统的技术开发特点,阐述了控制系统的构成、功能、控制精度等技术指标。开发的控制系统经生产验证,表明:PLC控制系统可以方便地调整或改变控制功能,实现对微波加热的实时在线控制,可自动调控微波功率,达到智能化调控;应用后生产能力≥100 kg/2h,平均能耗为0.45 kW/h,且干燥后的水分平均为0.64‰。The technological development features of equipment control system of microwave drying sponge gold powder production is introduced,the system composition,functions,control precision and the other technical indicators is elaborated The developed control system verified by production and showed:PLC control system can conveniently adjust or change control function,can realize the real-time on-line control of microwave heating,and can automatically control the microwave power,to reach intelligent regulation;when the system is applied,the production capacity≥100 kg/2h,the average energy consumption is 0.45 kW/h,the average moisture content after drying is 0.64‰.
