摘 要:目的探讨图像重建(DLIR)算法对冠状动脉计算机断层摄影(CCTA)图像质量的影响。方法回顾性分析行CCTA检查的38例患者,对原始DICOM数据进行不同算法的重建,包括滤波反投影算法(FBP),50%、80%自适应统计迭代重建(ASIR-V)及DLIR(L、M、H),比较不同重建算法图像的主观及客观评价。结果DLIR-H与FBP、ASIR-V(50%、80%)重建算法比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);FBP、ASIR-V及DLIR重建算法CT值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着ASIR-V及DLIR水平的增加,图像噪声均减低,与FBP比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);DLIR-H与50%ASIR-V比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着ASIR-V及DLIR水平的增加,CNR、SNR均增加,与FBP比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);DLIR-H与50%ASIR-V比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DLIR-M与80%ASIR-V噪声、CNR、SNR、CT值相当,但DLIR-M主观评分较80%ASIR-V高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与FBP、ASIR-V重建算法相比,DLIR可明显降低CCTA图像噪声,提高图像质量。Objective To explore the influence of deep learning-based image reconstruction(DLIR)algorithm on image quality of coronary computed tomography(CCTA).Methods 38 patients who underwent CCTA examination were retrospectively analyzed.The original DICOM data were reconstructed by different algorithms,including filtered back projection(FBP),50%and 80%adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction(ASIR-V)and DLIR(L,M,H).The subjective and objective evaluation of different reconstruction algorithms were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences between the reconstruction algorithms of DLR-H,FBP and ASIR-V(50%and 80%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CT values among FBP,ASIR-V and DLIR reconstruction algorithms(P>0.05).With the increase of ASIR-V and DLIR levels,the image noise reduced,which was statistically significant compared with FBP(P<0.05),the comparison between DLR-H and 50%ASIR-V was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of ASIR-V and DLIR levels,both CNR and SNR increased,and the comparison with FBP was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the comparison between DLR-H and 50%ASIR-V was statistically significant(P<0.05).The noise,CNR,SNR and CT values of 80%ASIR-V were similar to those of 80%ASIR-M,but the subjective score of DLR-M was higher than that of 80%ASIR-V,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with FBP and ASIR-V reconstruction algorithms,DLIR can significantly reduce noise and improve image quality of CCTA.
