摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病前期患者血浆白介素-1受体相关激酶-M(IRAK-M)与硫氧还蛋白-互作蛋白(TXNIP)的关系及临床意义。方法选取体检人群515例,按空腹血糖水平分为正常健康组(NC组)124例、糖尿病前期组(PDM组)282例及2型糖尿病组(T2DM组)109例。检测空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素(FINS)、计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛β细胞分泌指数(HOMA-β)等,用ELISA检测IRAK-M、TXNIP、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1C))等。结果3组患者IRAK-M、TXNIP比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与NC组相比,PDM组血浆IRAK-M显著减低、TXNIP显著高增高(P<0.05);IRAK-M与TXNIP呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论IRAK-M及TXNIP可能是2型糖尿病前期患者慢性炎症状态启动的重要标志物。Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase-M(IRAK-M)and thioredoxin-interacting protein(TXNIP)in patients with pre type 2 diabetes mellitus and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 515 healthy subjects were selected and divided into normal glucose tolerance(NC)group(124 cases),prediabetes(PDM)group(282 cases)and type 2 diabetes(DM)group(109 cases)according to the fasting blood glucose level.Fasting blood glucose(FPG),insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and isletβcell secretion index(HOMA-β)were calculated.Irak-m,TXNIP and HbAIc were detected by ELISA.Results There were significant differences in IRAK-M and TXNIP among the three groups(P<0.05).Compared with NC group,plasma IRAK-M significantly decreased and plasma TXNIP significantly increased in PDM group(P<0.05).IRAK-M was negatively correlated with TXNIP(P<0.05).Conclusion IRAK-M and TXNIP may be important markers for the initiation of chronic inflammatory state in pre type 2 diabetes.
