摘  要:综合背板是雷达中的重要部件,具有典型的多品种、变批量的生产特点。文中在数字化车间建设的背景下,介绍综合背板的装配工艺及生产现状,开展综合背板混流装配线的节拍均衡设计、工位布局设计和工艺看板设计,并增加人机协同设备,完成了混流装配线的设计与实现。装配线的建设实施实现了综合背板混流生产和局部工序自动化作业,有效提升了综合背板的装配质量和生产效率。The integrated backplane is an important part of radar,which has typical production characteristics of multi-variety and variable batches.In the background of digital workshop construction,this article introduces the assembly process and production status of integrated backplane,carries out the balanced design of production beat,the station layout design and the process card design for the mixed-flow assembly lines of integrated backplane,augments the man-machine collaboration equipment,which completes the design and implementation of the mixed-flow assembly lines.The construction of the assembly lines realizes the mixed-flow production and the automation of some work processes of the integrated backplane,which effectively improves the assembly quality and the production efficiency of the integrated backplane.
