摘  要:为解决在CATIA软件中矩形花键和渐开线花键难以建模的问题,文章以矩形花键和渐开线花键为例,研究其参数驱动的快速建模方法。基于CATIA的VBA二次开发功能,调用V5 Automation中的selection对象,通过选定任一轴端平面作为基准平面、投影和约束等命令,得出轴端面圆心在二维草图中的坐标;结合程序计算画出齿形草图,进行拉伸或切槽,建立空间阵列轴、阵列特征完成建模;结合矩形花键和平齿根渐开线花键2个实例建模证明二次开发软件的有效性。该文对花键的二次开发研究对于降低工作强度、改善设计流程、缩短设计周期具有积极的推动作用。To solve the problem of efficiently modeling rectangular spline and involute spline in CATIA,parameter driven fast modeling method is investigated.Based on the VBA secondary development function of CATIA and calling the selection object in V5 Automation,the coordinates of the center of the end face are obtained by the method of projecting and constraining the selected datum plane;the two-dimensional tooth sketch is obtained by combing the above the coordinates of the center and equation of the geometry profile;the three-dimensional model is established by stretching,cutting groove and array features.Finally,the effectiveness of the software is proved through two examples with rectangular spline and involute spline.This study has a positive influence on reducing the work intensity of designers,improving the design process and shortening the design cycle.
