摘  要:以钢筋混凝土受弯构件正截面承载力为例,从设计表达式、荷载组合、材料强度指标、计算假定、最小配筋率等方面,对以《建筑结构荷载规范》、《混凝土结构设计规范》等为主的中国结构设计规范和以ACI 318等为主的美国结构设计规范进行对比与分析,总结两国规范的差异。通过算例分析,比较在相同的荷载、截面尺寸、材料的条件下,按中、美两国规范计算梁内力和配筋的差异。算例结果表明,按美国规范计算的内力设计值大于中国规范;在内力较小时,按美国规范计算的配筋面积大于中国规范,在内力较大时反之。This paper compares and analyzes the Chinese structural design codes dominated by Load code for the design of building structuresand Code for design of concrete structures with the American structural design codes dominated by ACI318,and summarizes thedifferences between the two codes. The analysis is conducted from the aspects of design expression,load combination,materialstrength index,calculation assumption,minimum reinforcement ratio and so on by taking the normal section bearing capacity ofreinforced concrete flexural members as an example. Through analysis of the example,the internal force and reinforcement of beamsare calculated and compared under the same load,section size and material according to Chinese and American codes respectively.The results show that the design value of internal force calculated according to American code is greater than that of Chinese code.When the internal force is small,the reinforcement area calculated according to the American code is larger than that in the Chinesecode,and vice versa when the internal force is large.
