摘　　要：鄂豫皖根据地的宣传动员在中国共产党宣传思想工作发展史上具有重要地位。其具体实践、有益探索为根据地争取民众、凝聚民心,唤醒觉悟、拥军支前,促成兵运、战胜“围剿”,保证生存、促进发展作出了重要贡献,具有不等不靠的独创性、情感理性的并重性、形式内容的本土性、群众参与的广泛性。鄂豫皖根据地的宣传动员坚定听从党的领导,坚持围绕革命与建设中心工作,注重语言通俗化、形式多样化形象化,注意结合群众利益,重视对群众情感的分析与运用,积累了宝贵历史经验,为新形势下把好宣传思想工作方向、把准宣传思想工作重心、提升宣传思想工作实效提供了历史镜鉴。The propaganda and mobilization in the base areas of Hubei,Henan and Anhui play an important role in the development history of the propaganda and ideological work of the Communist Party of China.Its concrete practice and beneficial exploration have made important contributions to the base areas to win over the people,rally the people’s hearts,awaken their consciousness,support the army and support the front,promote the military movement,defeat the"encirclement and suppression",ensure survival and promote development.It has the originality of unequal dependence,the equality of emotion and rationality,the localization of form and content,and the universality of mass participation.The propaganda and mobilization in the base areas of Hubei,Henan and Anhui firmly obey the leadership of the party,adhere to the central work of revolution and construction,pay attention to the popularization of language,diversification and visualization of forms,pay attention to the interests of the masses,and attach importance to the analysis and application of the masses’emotions,and accumulate valuable historical experience.It provides a historical mirror for the orientation of propaganda and ideological work,the focus of propaganda and ideological work,and the improvement of the effectiveness of propaganda and ideological work under the new situation.
