摘 要:为研究某二冲程发动机气缸头温度场特性,采用CFD方法搭建发动机气缸头温度场分析模型,分析不同工况下温度场分布。结果表明,悬停工况下气缸头温度监测点实测值为212℃,模拟值为216℃,相对误差为1.9%。前飞25 m/s工况下气缸头温度传感器位置处的温度约为163℃。气缸头散热片总面积增大30%后悬停工况和前飞25 m/s下气缸头温度监测点温度分别为190℃和150℃,温度降幅较大,散热性能提升明显。经实验验证,悬停工况时,气缸头改进后温度传感器位置处的温度实测值为185℃,仿真值为190℃,相对误差为2.7%,验证了气缸头改进方案的工程应用有效性。In order to study the cylinder head temperature field characteristics of a two-stroke engine,the CFD method was used to build the temperature field analysis model for engine cylinder head,and the temperature field distribution under different condition was analyzed.The results show that under hovering condition,the measured value of cylinder head temperature monitoring point is 212℃,the simulated value is 216℃,and the relative error is 1.9%.The temperature at the position of cylinder head temperature sensor is about 163℃under the condition of 25 m/s forward flight.When the total area of cylinder head heat sink increases 30%,the temperature of cylinder head temperature monitoring points under hovering condition and forward flight of 25 m/s are 190℃and 150℃,respectively.The temperature decrement is high,and the cooling performance for engine cylinder head is significantly improved.The experimental results show that in hovering condition,the measured value of the temperature at the position of the temperature sensor after the improvement of the cylinder head is 185℃,the simulated value is 190℃,the difference between them is 5℃,and the relative error is 2.7%.The engineering application of cylinder head improved design is verified to be effective.
