摘  要:构建一种基于硫化银和溴氧化铋复合材料的新型光电化学传感器,并在无需任何预处理的情况下检测血清中的刀豆球蛋白A(ConA)。采用水热法在ITO柔性电极上原位生长合成了用作光敏剂和信号放大器的Ag_(2)S/BiOBr。与Ag_(2)S/BiOBr电极本征光电流相比,在可见光照射下,当ConA在其表面被吸收时,Ag_(2)S/BiOBr/ITO的光电流减小。降低的光电流与溶液中ConA的浓度的对数值呈线性关系。通过对实验条件的优化,在最佳条件下,该传感器在ConA浓度为1.0×10^(-3)到1.0×10^(2)ng·mL^(-1)之间呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.35 pg·mL^(-1)。表明该方法灵敏度高,选择性好。A novel photoelectrochemical sensor based on silver sulfide and bismuth bromide oxide composite material was established to detect Concanavalin A(ConA)in serum without any pretreatment.The Ag_(2)S/BiOBr used as photosensitizer and signal amplifier was synthesized in-situ growth on ITO flexible electrode by hydrothermal method.Under visible light irradiation,the photocurrent of the Ag_(2)S/BiOBr/ITO decreased when the ConA was absorbed on its surface comparing with its intrinsic photocurrent.The decreasing photocurrent was linear with the logarithm of the concentration of ConA in solution.Based on this principle,a method for ConA detection was developed.Under the optimum conditions,the linear range from 1.0×10^(-3) to 1.0×10^(2)ng·mL^(-1) of ConA concentrations was obtained with a detection limit of 0.35 pg·mL^(-1).This method showed high sensitivity and good selectivity.
