摘 要:以烟酰胺单核苷酸(nicotinamide mononucleotide,NMN)为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备NMN分子印迹微球。对分子印迹微球制备工艺进行优化,当模板分子、功能单体、交联剂的摩尔比为1∶2∶10、乙腈-水(体积比3∶1)用量12 mL、聚合温度60℃时,制备的分子印迹微球吸附效果最好。静态吸附结果表明,所制得的分子印迹微球对NMN有较强的吸附能力;动态吸附结果表明,该分子印迹微球在60 min左右达到吸附平衡、对NMN的吸附过程更符合准二级动力学方程。该分子印迹微球用于固相萃取西兰花提取液中的NMN时,展现了较高的应用性能,对NMN分子印迹微球的制备优化和应用具有参考和指导意义。In this study,nicotinamide mononucleotide(NMN)molecularly imprinted microspheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization using NMN as template molecule,α-methacrylic acid as functional monomer and N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent.The optimization for the preparation process of molecularly imprinted microspheres proved that the optimal molar ratio of template molecules,functional monomers and crosslinker was 1∶2∶10 at the dosage of 12 mL acetonitrile-water(volume ratio 3∶1)and the polymerization temperature of 60℃.The static adsorption,The dynamic adsorption experiments indicated that the molecularly imprin-ted microspheres for NMN reached the adsorption equilibrium at about 60 min,and the adsorption process of NMN was more in line with the quasi-second-order kinetic equation.The solid phase extraction experiments of the prepared molecularly imprinted microspheres veri-fied that the microspheres had high application performance for the broccoli extract.At the same time,this paper provides reference and guidance significance for the optimization and application of the preparation of NMN molecularly imprinted microspheres in the future.
