摘  要:通过热泵装置回收低温工业余热,用于供暖,可显著提升能源利用效率,降低供暖能耗。基于工质特性和循环性能的综合比较,理论评估了R32/R1234ze(E)在低温余热回收型供暖热泵中替代R22的可行性。结果表明:初步优选出适用于供暖热泵的R32/R1234ze(E)的浓度范围为0/100~40/60;系统在最优浓度M_(opt)(R32/R1234ze(E)(20/80))处获得最大COP_(h),且在两种工况下均较R22系统获得稍高的COP_(h)和明显降低的制热量、排气压力和排气温度。M_(opt)的使用可以显著降低冷凝器和蒸发器的损率。因此,M_(opt)在余热回收型供暖热泵系统中替代R22时具有明显的优势,但是需要适当增大机组容量。研究成果为供暖热泵的工质替代和低温余热回收提供了参考。Using heat pump device to recover waste heat in low temperature industrial for heating can remarkably improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce heating energy consumption.Based on the comprehensive comparison of refrigerant properties and cycle performances,the feasibility of R32/R1234ze(E)used as the substitution for R22in the heating heat pump for low-temperature waste heat recovery was evaluated theoretically.The results show that the concentration range of R32/R1234ze(E)initially selected for the heating heat pump is 0/100~40/60,the R32/R1234ze(E)system obtains the maximumCOP_(h) at the optimal concentration of 20/80and obtains the slightly higher COP_(h) and much lower heating capacity,discharge pressure and temperature than R22system under both two conditions.The utilization of M_(opt) can markedly decrease the exergy loss rates of the condenser and the evaporator.Hence,M_(opt) has obvious advantages when replacing R22in the heating heat pump system for waste heat recovery,but the unit capacity needs to be appropriately increased.The research results can provide important reference for refrigerant substitution and low temperature waste heat recovery of the heating heat pump.
