摘　　要：技术合同登记人员的专业性、技术性有差异,对技术合同内涵认知不同,对技术合同登记的认定标准不一致。为规范技术合同登记认定行为,提升登记认定标准的一致性,对技术合同认定中存在的问题进行了评析,并通过技术合同认定中几个案例的分析提出了建议,为规范技术市场技术合同的认定与管理提供参考依据。There are differences in the professionalism and technicality of the technical contract registrants,different cognitions on the connotation of technical contracts,and inconsistent identification standards for technical contract registration.In order to standardize the registration and identification of technology contracts and improve the consistency of registration and identification standards,we evaluate and analyze the problems existing in the identification of technology contracts in this paper and put forward suggestions through the analysis of several cases in the identification of technology contracts,which provides a reference basis for standardizing the identification and management of technology contracts in the technology market.
