摘 要:井口作业是副井提升系统安全生产的重要环节,作业过程中的信号确认功能是保障安全的有效举措。为实现井口信号确认与提升信号系统闭锁关系,提高井口作业的安全性、可靠性,针对陈四楼煤矿副井井口的实际情况,提出了信号安全确认的实施方案,即通过在进、出罐侧安装辅层信号箱,编写信号系统PLC中的控制程序,并对上位机监控画面进行优化,使信号确认功能得以实现。实践证明,该功能的应用保障了井口设备安全和作业人员的人身安全,具有参考和推广意义。Wellhead operation is an important part of safety production of auxiliary shaft hoisting system.Signal confirmation function during operation is an effective measure to ensure safety.In order to realize the locking relationship between the wellhead signal confirmation and the lifting signal system,and improve the safety and reliability of the wellhead operation,according to the actual situation of the auxiliary shaft wellhead of Chensilou Coal Mine,the implementation scheme of the signal safety confirmation was proposed,that was,by installing the auxiliary layer signal box at the inlet and outlet sides of the tank,writing the control program in the signal system PLC,and optimizing the monitoring screen of the upper computer,the signal confirmation function can be realized.Practice has proved that the application of this function ensures the safety of wellhead equipment and the personal safety of operators,and has reference and promotion significance.
