摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加木聚糖酶和寡糖复合物对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、食糜黏度和血清免疫指标的影响。试验选取42周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡450只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡,分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、在基础饲粮中分别添加25(Ⅰ组)、50(Ⅱ组)、75 g/t(Ⅲ组)和100 g/t(Ⅳ组)木聚糖酶和寡糖复合物的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:①与对照组相比,饲粮添加木聚糖酶和寡糖复合物对蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质无显著影响(P>0.05);②Ⅳ组能显著降低蛋鸡十二指肠的pH(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组能显著降低蛋鸡十二指肠和空肠食糜的黏度(P<0.05);③饲粮添加木聚糖酶和寡糖复合物能提高蛋鸡血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的含量。综上所述,饲粮添加100 g/t的木聚糖酶和寡糖复合物能降低蛋鸡小肠食糜的黏度和pH,增强机体的免疫机能。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary xylanase and oligosaccharide complex on production performance,egg quality,chyme viscosity and serum immune indices of laying hens.A total of 450 of Hy-Line brown laying hens aged 42 weeks were randomly divided into five groups with six replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate.Laying hens were fed with basal diet(control group)and experimental diets which supplemented with 25 g/t(Ⅰ),50 g/t(Ⅱ),75 g/t(Ⅲ)and 100 g/t(Ⅳ)xylanase and oligosaccharide complexes in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-feeding peri⁃od was seven days and the formal period was 56 days.The results showed as the followings:①The diet supplemented with xylanase and oligosaccharide complexes had no significant effect on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens(P>0.05).②The pH in duodenum of laying hens in groupⅣwas significantly reduced(P<0.05),the viscosity in duodenum and jejunum chyme of laying hens in groupⅡ,ⅢandⅣwas significantly reduced(P<0.05).③The diet supplemented with xylanase and oligosaccharide complexes could increase the contents of serum IgA,IgG and IgM of laying hens.In summary,adding 100 g/t xylanase and oligosaccharide complexes to the diet could re⁃duce the viscosity and pH in intestinal chyme of laying hens,and enhance the body's immune function.
