摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平角鲨烯对断奶仔猪肠道发育、抗氧化能力及微生物多样性的影响。试验选取25日龄三元杂交断奶仔猪24头(杜×长×大),随机分为两组(A组和B组),每组设6个重复,每个重复2头仔猪,使用1个猪栏。A组和B组仔猪饲粮中角鲨烯添加水平分别为0和250 mg/kg。预试期3 d,正试期35 d。试验结束后,屠宰仔猪并收集肠道样本及肠道内容物样本。结果:①饲粮添加250 mg/kg角鲨烯可显著提高断奶仔猪空肠、回肠绒毛高度(VH)和绒毛高度/隐窝深度值(VCR)(P<0.05),并显著提高断奶仔猪空肠、回肠组织中IGF-1和GLP基因的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05);②饲粮添加250 mg/kg角鲨烯可显著提高仔猪空肠胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性(P<0.05),并显著提高仔猪空肠、回肠抗氧化能力(P<0.05);③饲粮添加250 mg/kg角鲨烯可显著降低盲肠内容物中大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)含量(P<0.05),并显著提高乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus)和双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)含量(P<0.05)。断奶仔猪饲粮中添加250 mg/kg角鲨烯可促进仔猪肠道发育,提高肠道抗氧化机能并改善肠道菌群结构。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary squalene supplementation on intestinal development,antioxidant function and gut flora in weaned piglets.Twenty-four weaned piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)age 25 days were selected and randomly divided into two treatments(group A and B)with six replicates of two piglets in each treatment.The piglets were fed with either a control diet(group A)or the control diet supplemented with 250 mg/kg squalene(group B),respectively.The adopt⁃ing period lasted for three days and the test period lasted for 35 days.After the feeding period,all pig⁃lets were slaughtered and the samples of jejunum and ileum tissue were collected.Results showed that:①The villus height and villus height/crypt depth from jejunum and ileum of weaned piglets fed with 250 mg/kg squalene were significantly increased compared with those of the piglets fed with control diet,and the relative mRNA expressions of the IGF 1 and GLP genes in the jejunal and ileum tissues of weaned piglets fed with 250 mg/kg squalene were increased significantly(P<0.05).②The activities of jejunum trypsin,amylase and lipase of weaned piglets in group B were increased significantly by dietary supplementation of 250 mg/kg squa⁃lene,and antioxidation capacity of the jejunum and ileum tissue of weaned piglets fed with 250 mg/kg squalene was increased significantly(P<0.05).③Dietary supplementation of 250 mg/kg squalene signifi⁃cantly reduced the Escherichia coli level and significantly increased the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteri⁃um level in the cecal content(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation of 250 mg/kg squalene could promoted the piglets'intestinal development,improve the intestinal antioxidant function and flora structure.
