摘　　要：2022年5月23日,最高人民法院发布《最高人民法院关于加强区块链司法应用的意见》,明确了人民法院区块链平台建设的要求。本文介绍了该意见的起草背景和过程、对于司法应用的重要意义,明确了区块链在司法领域应用的总体要求和人民法院区块链平台建设要求,探讨了区块链在司法领域应用的典型场景,并对形成中国特色、世界领先的区块链司法领域应用模式做了未来展望。On May 23,2022,the Supreme People's Court issued"Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Strengthening Blockchain Application in the Judicial Field",clarifying the requirements of the people’s court for the construction of blockchain platform.In this paper,the drafting background and process of the Opinions and its significance for judicial application are introduced first.Then it clarifies the general requirements for the application of blockchain in the judicial field and demands for the construction of the blockchain platform of the people’s court,and discusses the typical scenarios of the application of blockchain in the judicial field.At last,it anticipates the prospect of the formation of a Chinese-style world-leading blockchain application mode within the judicial field.
