摘　　要：《民法典》颁行后,原《最高人民法院关于审理人身损害赔偿案件适用法律若干问题的解释》历经两次修改,第一次修改重在清理与《民法典》不相适应的规定,第二次修改则聚焦死亡赔偿金、残疾赔偿金和被扶养人生活费的计算标准并实现城乡统一。修改后的司法解释对准确适用法律、统一裁判标准、加强人身权利司法保护具有重要意义。The Interpretation of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Personal Injury Compensation Cases has been revised twice since the promulgation of the Civil Code.The first revision focuses on cleaning up the provisions that are incompatible with the Civil Code.The second revision focuses on the calculation standards for death compensation,disability compensation and living expenses for dependents with the realization of urban and rural unification.The revised judicial interpretation is of great significance for accurately applying the law,unifying the judgment standards,and strengthening the judicial protection of personal rights.
