兵团纺织业的产业关联与波及效应研究

摘　　要：纺织业作为兵团传统优势支柱产业,其健康持续发展对经济社会意义重大。文章基于2007年、2012年和2017年兵团42部门投入产出表数据,利用产业关联理论与投入产出模型定量剖析了兵团纺织业的产业关联与波及效应及其演变趋势,以期正确地认识和评估纺织业作用和地位变迁。研究发现:兵团纺织业的关联产业范围广泛,与自身和农林牧渔产品及服务关系密切,与纺织服装鞋帽、皮革羽绒及其制品等下游产业的关联性略显不足;纺织业产品附加价值低,自主创新能力相对薄弱;纺织业对国民经济拉动作用较强,受国民经济拉动作用较弱;纺织业更多地依靠出口刺激产出增加,但消费的拉动作用在提升。在此基础上,提出优化产业发展结构,坚持创新驱动产业升级,加大政府扶持力度,持续推动消费升级和扩大有效投资等对策建议,以实现兵团纺织业的优化升级。Textile industry,as the traditional pillar industry of Bingtuan,its healthy and sustainable development is of great significance to the economy and society.Based on input-output data from 42 departments of the Corps in 2007,2012 and 2017,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the industrial relevance,the ripple effect and the evolution trend of Bingtuan textile industry by using the industrial relevance theory and the Input-output model theory,in order to correctly understand and evaluate the function and status change of textile industry.It is found that Bingtuan textile industry has a wide range of related industries,which is closely related to its own products and services of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery Bingtuan textile industry has low added value and weak ability of independent innovation.Bingtuan textile industry plays a strong role in pulling national economy and a weak role in pulling national economy Bingtuan textile industry relies more on exports to stimulate output growth,but the role of consumption in promoting.On this basis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the structure of industrial development,persist in innovation-driven industrial upgrading,increase government support,continue to promote consumption upgrading and expand effective investment,in order to realize the XPCC textile industry optimization upgrade.
