煤矿用三相泡沫发泡倍数评价的研究

摘  要:目前三相泡沫发泡倍数的评价方法没有一个统一标准,所以研究不同发泡方式形成的三相泡沫的发泡倍数具有重要意义。通过平行实验,对比震荡法、压力气流法和搅拌法3种发泡方式,研究3种发泡方法对发泡倍数的影响,测定三相泡沫的发泡倍数,评价出发泡倍数最优的方法。结果表明,震荡法形成的三相泡沫发泡倍数最低;压力气流法形成的三相泡沫发泡倍数大于震荡法,且空压机的压强越大,形成的三相泡沫的发泡倍数越大;搅拌法中,使用两孔板形搅拌杆,转速为3000 r/min时,形成的三相泡沫发泡倍数最大,并且形成的三相泡沫能构成稳定的骨架。因此,煤矿用三相泡沫发泡倍数评价适宜使用搅拌法来测量。At present,there is no unified standard for evaluating the expansion ratio of three-phase foam,so it is of great significance to study the expansion ratio of three-phase foam produced by different foaming methods.Through parallel experiments,comparing the three foaming methods of vibration method,pressure air method and waring-blender,the influence of the three foaming methods on the foaming ratio was studied,the foaming ratio of the three-phase foam was determined,and the optimal method of foaming ratio was evaluated.The results show that the three-phase foam produced by the shock method has the lowest foaming ratio;the three-phase foam produced by the pressure airflow method has a larger foaming ratio than the shock method,and the greater the pressure of the air compressor,the greater the foaming ratio of the three-phase foam produced.In the waring-blender,when a two-hole plate-shaped stirring rod is used,and the rotation speed is 3000 r/min,the three-phase foam generated has the largest foaming multiple,and the three-phase foam can form a stable skeleton.Therefore,it is appropriate to use waring-blender to evaluate the expansion ratio of the three-phase foam for coal mines.
