摘　　要：目的 探讨机械刺激技术治疗盆腔淋巴结切除术后淋巴水肿的临床疗效,并总结护理经验。方法 2018年1月—2020年1月选择在本院盆底中心行盆腔淋巴结切除术并发术后淋巴水肿的Ⅰa~Ⅱa期宫颈癌患者110例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各55例。对照组按常规给予实施淋巴水肿综合治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予实施机械刺激技术治疗,比较两组患者治疗3个月后疗效以及治疗前后肢体周径、淋巴水肿相关症状量表评分情况。结果 试验组患者治疗有效率(98.18%)明显高于对照组(81.82%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后试验组患者肢体周径、淋巴水肿相关症状评分低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论 机械刺激技术能有效治疗宫颈癌盆腔淋巴结切除术后淋巴水肿,改善淋巴水肿相关症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of mechanical stimulation in treatment of lymphedema after pelvic lym-phadenectomy and conclude the nursing experience.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,110 patients who underwent pelvic lymphadenectomy for stage Ia-IIa cervical cancer and had postoperative lymphedema in our hospital were selected in the study.The patients were divided into a control group and an trial group by random number table method,with 55 patients per group.Both groups were given comprehensive detumescence therapy for lymphedema.Additional mechanical stimulation treatment was applied to the trial group.After 3 months,the curative effect and the scores of limb circumference and lymphedema-related symptom scale,before and after treatment,were compared between the groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the trial group was significantly higher than that in the control group(98.18%vs.81.82%,P<0.01).The scores of limp circumference and?lymphedema in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusions Mechanical stimulation can effectively treat lymphedema after pelvic lymphadenectomy for cervical cancer and improve the symptoms related to lymphedema.
