摘　　要：为顺应数字化转型与降碳减排的新形势,探究制度环境下产业数字化转型与碳排放的影响机制及提升路径。以2012—2018年中国内地30个省份(不含西藏)有关数据作为样本,实证检验产业数字化转型对碳排放量的影响作用,并运用模糊集定性比较分析方法fsQCA分析制度环境与产业数字化转型中不同要素间组态降低碳排放的路径。研究发现:产业数字化转型显著抑制了地区碳排放,良好的制度环境利于产业数字化转型发挥对碳排放的抑制作用,制度环境与产业数字化转型中不同要素之间的组合构成了4条碳减排路径,碳减排工作的推进需要从营造良好的外在制度环境与推动内在数字化转型两方面同时发力,在结合各地发展实际的基础上选择合适的碳减排路径。In order to adapt to the new situation of digital transformation and carbon reduction and emission reduction, this paper explores the impact mechanism and improvement path of industrial digital transformation and carbon emissions under the institutional environment.Taking the relevant data of 30 provinces(excluding Tibet) in China from 2012 to 2018 as a sample, this paper empirically tests the impact of industrial digital transformation on carbon emissions, and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method fs QCA to analyze the institutional environment and the configuration reduction among different elements in industrial digital transformation. path of carbon emissions. The study found that the industrial digital transformation has significantly inhibited regional carbon emissions, a good institutional environment is conducive to industrial digital transformation to play a role in inhibiting carbon emissions, and the combination of institutional environment and different elements in industrial digital transformation constitutes four carbon emission reduction paths, the promotion of carbon emission reduction work requires simultaneous efforts to create a good external institutional environment and promote internal digital transformation, and select an appropriate carbon emission reduction path based on the actual development of each region.
