医联体远程医疗协作网建设与思考——以河南省人民医院为例

摘　　要：远程医疗协作网作为医联体建设主要组织模式之一,能够促进优质资源下沉,提高优质医疗资源可及性和医疗服务整体效率。河南省人民医院构建“上联下接、覆盖广泛”的远程医疗协作网络,采取1+N、订单式、参与式等服务模式,常态化开展远程会诊、远程诊断、远程培训等工作内容,使得远程协作成员单位、基层医护人员和群众获益匪浅。然而,在工作实践过程中也存在着一些问题,需要从加强远程医疗信息互联互通、完善远程医疗服务项目和价格标准、强化远程医疗质量安全监管、加强远程医疗服务考核激励、注重新技术与远程医疗融合应用等方面,推动远程医疗工作可持续高质量发展。As one of the main organizational modes in the construction of medical alliance,telemedicine collabora-tion network can promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources and improve the accessibility of high-quality health resources and the overall efficiency of medical services.Henan Provincial People's Hospital is building a telemedicine collaboration network,which connects upper and grassroots health institutions and covers a wide range of areas,adopting 1+N、customizedand participatory service modes,and carrying out remote consultation,remote diagnosis and distance education,so as to benefit telemedicine collaboration members,primary medical staff and the public.However,there are still some problems in practice,we need to advance the sustainable and high-quali-ty development of telemedicine from the aspects of strengthening the interconnection of telemedicine information,perfecting telemedicine items and price standards,strengthening the quality and safety supervision of telemedicine,intensifying the assessment and incentive of telemedicine service,laying stress on the integrated application of new technology and telemedicine.
