摘　　要：目的基于河南省地市级三级医院临床医务人员科研活动需求的调查,探索高效医学信息服务方式。方法根据前期对河南省部分地市级三级医院临床医务人员的科研现状、信息需求行为及信息服务开展情况的调研分析,针对其科研信息需求行为,提出个性化、精准、可行的服务方式并进行实施。结果①建立线上科研培训平台,聘请专家进行线上系统的科研及信息利用等培训讲座;②建立科研微信群,共享最新科学研究进展或指南;③不定期、个性化、精准推送学科研究热点;④指导有科研意向人员与院内(外)高水平专家、团队合作,快速提升其科研能力;⑤举办线下系统科研培训讲座或医学信息专业人员多节点、分时段深入到医院科室,进行现场讲解、交流互动,面对面解答临床医务人员有关科研活动中的困惑及难题;⑥医学信息专业人员分批、分区域定点派驻医院,作为高水平专家、科研管理人员、临床医务人员之间沟通的桥梁和纽带。结论通过多种医学信息服务方式的探索,为精准化、个性化服务医院、服务基层,促进科学技术创新和人才培养,推动河南省卫生健康事业高质量发展及进一步挖掘医学情报部门服务临床一线的潜能,拓展医学信息服务模式,提供了有价值的参考及实践验证。Objective To explore an efficient medical information service mode based on the investigation of the scientif⁃ic research needs of clinical medical staff in prefecture level and municipal level hospitals in Henan Province.Methods According to the previous investigation and analysis of the scientific research status,information demand be⁃havior and information service development of clinical medical personnel in some Prefecture and municipal tertiary hospi⁃tals in Henan Province,personalized,accurate and feasible service methods were put forward and implemented according to their scientific research information demand behavior.Results①Establish an online scientific research training plat⁃form and hire experts to give training lectures on scientific research and information utilization of online system;②Establish a scientific research wechat group to share the latest scientific research progress or guidelines;③Irregular⁃ly,personalized and accurately push the research hotspots of the discipline;④Guide people with scientific research in⁃tention to cooperate with high-level experts and teams inside(outside)the hospital to quickly improve their scientific research ability;⑤Hold offline systematic scientific research training lectures or medical information professionals go deep into the hospital departments at multiple nodes and time periods to conduct on-site explanation,exchange and in⁃teraction,and answer the puzzles and problems of clinical medical staff in relevant scientific research activities face to face;⑥Medical information professionals are stationed in designated hospitals in batches and subregions as a bridge and link between high-level experts,scientific research managers and clinical medical personnel.Conclusion Through the ex⁃ploration of various medical information service modes,it pro⁃vides valuable reference and practical verification for accurate and personalized service of hospitals and grass-roots units,promoting scientific and technological innovation and talent tra
