摘 要:早发性卵巢功能不全(premature ovarian insufficiency,POI)是常见的女性内分泌疾病。POI所导致的不孕、月经异常、更年期症状等给生育期女性的生理和心理造成严重影响。目前,POI治疗方式有限,临床上最常用的激素替代疗法不能有效恢复卵巢功能。近年来,间充质干细胞外泌体及其miRNA显示了其治疗该疾病的潜力。本文总结不同来源人间充质干细胞外泌体及其miRNA在治疗POI方面的研究进展,旨在为后续研究无细胞治疗POI提供理论依据。Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a common female endocrine disease.Infertility,abnormal menstrua⁃tion and menopausal symptoms caused by POI have serious physical and psychological effects on women in reproductive period.Currently,the treatment of POI is limited,and hormone replacement therapy,the most commonly used in clinic,cannot effectively restore ovarian function.In recent years,exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells and their miR⁃NAs have shown their potential to treat this disease.This paper summarized the research progress of miRNAs and exo⁃somes derived from human mesenchymal stem cells from different sources in the treatment of POI,aiming to provide theo⁃retical basis for the subsequent study of cell-free treatment of POI.
